Return Policies

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Hola Paperie does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on any orders once a purchase has been completed. By placing an order with Hola Paperie, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final and non-refundable.

No Refunds

We do not offer refunds of any kind, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind or buyer's remorse
  
• Items that did not meet subjective expectations
  
• Incorrect size, color, or product selected by the customer
  
• Delays in shipping or delivery caused by carriers or circumstances outside Hola Paperie's control
  
• Damaged, lost, or stolen packages after confirmed carrier pickup
  

No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept physical returns or offer product exchanges under any circumstances. All items are inspected before shipment. If you receive a product, that product is yours.

Limited Exception: Verified Defects or Incorrect Orders

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is materially defective due to a manufacturing error, or if you receive an item that is clearly and verifiably different from what you ordered, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery at hello@holapaperie.com with the following:

• Your order number
  
• A description of the issue
  
• Clear photographic evidence of the defect or incorrect item
  

We reserve the sole discretion to evaluate such claims and, if verified, may offer a store credit, replacement, or partial refund. This exception does not apply to digital goods, membership subscriptions, event tickets, or workshop registrations. Submitting a claim does not guarantee a remedy.

Digital Products

All digital products, including printable downloads and digital files, are non-refundable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances once the file has been delivered or made available for download.

Event Tickets & Workshop Registrations

All event ticket and workshop registration purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. See Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy for full details.

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your financial institution for a valid, completed transaction is a violation of these terms. Hola Paperie reserves the right to contest any chargeback, provide evidence of purchase and delivery to your financial institution, and permanently ban any customer who initiates a fraudulent dispute.

Shipping Policies

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 3 to 7 business days of purchase, except the recurring mail subscriptions which are sent on a set schedule every month. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Processing time is separate from and in addition to shipping transit time.

We do not guarantee processing or shipping on weekends, holidays, or during announced shop closures.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes

Hola Paperie ships via USPS, UPS, or other carriers at our discretion. Estimated shipping timeframes are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Hola Paperie is not responsible for carrier delays, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination. All shipping costs are non-refundable.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the contiguous United States. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. territories may be available at an additional cost and longer estimated transit time. Please contact us at hello@holapaperie.com before placing an order if you have questions about delivery to these locations.

International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping. This policy may change in the future, and updates will be reflected on this page.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive an order confirmation email at the time of purchase and a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been handed to the carrier. It is your responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address. Hola Paperie is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address.

Lost, Stolen, or Undelivered Packages

Hola Paperie is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or marked as undeliverable after the carrier has confirmed pickup. If your tracking information shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact your local post office or carrier first. We will make reasonable efforts to assist, but we cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for packages lost after confirmed carrier pickup. Claims for lost or damaged packages must be filed directly with the carrier by the customer.
