Cancellation policy

This policy governs all subscriptions, recurring charges, event registrations, and workshop purchases made through holapaperie.com. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms set forth below.

The Hola Society — Recurring Subscription

The Hola Society is a recurring subscription service. By enrolling, you authorize Hola Paperie to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to a monthly billing cycle.

Billing & Renewal:

  • Your subscription will renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled in accordance with these Terms.

  • Subscription fees are charged in advance at the beginning of each billing cycle.

  • Founder rates, where applicable, are locked in for the duration of active, uninterrupted subscription. Cancellation forfeits the Founder rate permanently.

Skipping, Pausing or Cancellation:

  • You may skip, pause or cancel your subscription at any time through your Shopify account or by contacting us at hello@holapaperie.com.

  • Skips, pauses and cancellations must be submitted at least 7 business days before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following cycle.

  • Cancellations submitted after this window will take effect at the end of the then-current billing cycle. No prorated refunds will be issued for the current cycle.

  • Cancellation of a subscription does not entitle you to a refund for any previously billed or current billing period.

Monthly Subscription Packet:

  • If your subscription is active at the time a monthly packet ships, you will receive that cycle's packet and be charged accordingly, regardless of any pending cancellation request submitted after the ship date.

  • Hola Paperie is not responsible for packets lost or damaged in transit after confirmed carrier pickup. 

Price Changes:

Hola Paperie reserves the right to change subscription prices at any time. You will be notified at least 14 days in advance of any price change to your active subscription. Continued use of the subscription following the price change constitutes acceptance of the new rate.


Event Tickets

All event ticket purchases are final and non-refundable, without exception.

  • Tickets are non-transferable and may not be resold or gifted without prior written approval from Hola Paperie.

  • If Hola Paperie cancels an event, registered ticket holders will receive a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to a future event, at our discretion.

  • If Hola Paperie reschedules an event, your ticket will remain valid for the rescheduled date. No refund will be issued for rescheduled events.

  • No refunds will be issued for no-shows or attendee cancellations, regardless of reason.

Workshop Registrations

All workshop registrations are final and non-refundable, without exception.

  • Workshop registrations are non-transferable without prior written approval from Hola Paperie.

  • If a workshop is cancelled by Hola Paperie, registered participants will receive a full refund or a credit toward a future workshop.

  • If a workshop is rescheduled, your registration will transfer to the new date. No refund will be issued for rescheduled workshops.

  • Hola Paperie reserves the right to remove any participant from a workshop for conduct that violates our community standards, without refund.
